Confident presenters aren’t born - they’re made. And that’s good news, because what it actually means is that all of the techniques you see great presenters use can be taught and learned.

I work with clients to improve their presenting skills both online and in person through a number of innovative techniques honed over many years. This training, often incorporated into my other coaching services, is something I commonly deliver to women in the corporate sector who have identified that honing their presenting skills is something they wish to work on.

Career Transition/Redundancy Coaching

Regardless of the circumstances or the money you might have been paid - being made redundant is incredibly painful.

It strikes at the very heart of our worth, and it’s entirely natural and normal to experience a variety of emotions including anger, sadness, and depression. But from the most difficult of moments can come the most liberating, and a redundancy is the perfect time to take control of your career. Drawing on my own experience of having been made redundant a number of times (in every possible way!), I’ll work with you to create a plan for your future.
